Pediatric Physical Therapy

I’m Dr. Jessica Smith, PT, DPT, and I’m passionate about helping you, as parents and caregivers, find joy in your child’s early developmental journey.

I’m so glad you’re here! As a specialist in pediatric physical therapy, I’m committed to supporting your child through every step of their growth. My approach for baby milestones is to focus on where they are in their journey, addressing muscle tension, asymmetries, and strengthening to promote balanced, healthy movement patterns. By sequencing motor patterns and nurturing your child’s natural abilities, I am here to help your growing child throughout play, sport, physical development and long-term well-being—while giving you peace of mind as you witness your child’s progress.

Life is full of twists and turns, challenges and joy. Navigating a child’s physical therapy journey is no different—but you don’t need to do it alone.

My goal is to provide expert advice, stories from people on similar paths, and supportive encouragement for your child’s early development.

I believe toys and tools are great ways to support growth, and I want to help you choose the right ones. I suggest toys and equipment that have only been tested by me at home or while working with clients.

“Jessica helped my family find the resources and support we needed when weren’t sure what path to take.”
